Services

Shine Digitizing LLC provides a range of services, including but not limited to digitizing, vector conversions, embroidery designs, and more. Detailed descriptions of our services are available on our website.

Payment Terms

• All invoices are due within 15 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Payments must be made within the specified time frame to avoid service interruptions.
• If the invoice is not cleared by the due date, the account will be temporarily disabled.
• The account will remain temporarily disabled for 30 days. If payment is made within this period, the account will be reactivated.
• Failure to settle any invoice by the specified due date will cause the account to be temporarily disabled. After 30 days of non-payment, the account will be permanently deleted. All files and copyrights will then become the property of Shine Digitizing LLC, with full rights to use or sell them as necessary.
• Clients are obligated to pay Shine Digitizing LLC for services rendered, regardless of whether they have received payment from their own clients or any other third parties. The relationship between clients and their customers does not affect the payment obligations to Shine Digitizing LLC.

Account and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Shine Digitizing LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of our terms and conditions.

Changes to Orders

• Any changes to confirmed orders must be communicated promptly.
• Changes may result in adjustments to pricing and turnaround times.

Intellectual Property

• All content created by Shine Digitizing LLC for your business remains the intellectual property of Shine Digitizing LLC until full payment is received.

Liability

• Shine Digitizing LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

• Shine Digitizing LLC reserves the right to terminate services for clients who breach these terms and conditions.
• Clients may terminate services with written notice, subject to any outstanding payment obligations.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States
• Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
